The consultant leads “appreciative” discussions: follow the professional up to the implementation of his training or formation project, supporting his advice on the positive and rewarding experiences of this professional
   
Personal services:
  • Participants with a business and team management experience, and a specialisation in training and accompaniment
   • Provision of AVEA network’s connections
  • 8 performance sessions (2 hours each), and a 6 months monitoring session following the beginning of the performance
  • Hotline and internet between two sessions, possible exchange of electronic documents
